PENALTIES  

Violations of these Terms and Conditions, particularly the prohibited uses, could, in extreme cases, lead to losing website privileges.

The ECE Webmaster shall have the authority to interpret the terms and conditions and all rules pertaining to website use. In cases of ambiguity or other uncertainty, the Webmaster may seek an advisory opinion from the Appeals Board, consisting of the ECE Board of Directors or a committee created by the Board for the purpose of hearing appeals from decisions by the Webmaster.

If the Webmaster determines that the rules have been violated, s/he shall issue a warning and/or impose sanctions such as temporarily or permanently suspending website privileges.

Any member who feels aggrieved by any action or inaction, or any rule interpretation, by the Webmaster may appeal to the Appeals Board. All appeals to the Appeals Board shall be in writing and signed by the appellant.

PASSWORDS

You may be assigned an account and password in order to access certain areas of this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Easton Club East of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Easton Club East cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

USER SUBMISSIONS
